Like Horse riding, Like Five Saints :)

Thank you so much Nikki and Oz for making me feel so welcome on my mini-break. Your horses are fantastic and Oz your cooking was delicious.

Horse Riding

Horse riding is why we moved here 25 years ago and horse riding is why we're still here today. We are really lucky to be surrounded by some of the best riding in this area. We can ride all day and rarely meet another person unless we're going to the pub! We have different riding holidays to suit your budget and riding ability.

We ride out in small informal groups (approx. 4-8 horses) accompanied by an experienced guide. We don't book different riding abilities on the same holiday unless you choose to ride with friends who may be less experienced than you.

All of our horses are forward going, well schooled & responsive, ranging from 13.3hh to 16hh. While most are suitable for riders of all abilities, a few are used exclusively for experienced riders.

If you're visiting the area and would like to do some horse riding give us a call, we can take you out for a 1 hour ride, 2 hour ride, half day & full day pub or picnic rides. We also do a half hour lead rein ride for small children.

Where are we?

We're only 3 miles from the A482 but we are at the end of the road with views across the valley and the forest right on our doorstep..so no neighbours overlooking the farm which means total peace and tranquility. This is the Cothi Valley area at the start of the Cambrian Mountains in Carmarthenshire, West Wales. The village of Pumsaint & the surrounding countryside is a relatively undiscovered area in one of the most picturesque parts of Wales. From our farm we have direct access to some excellent off road riding on both forestry/farm tracks.

Bed & Breakfast

During your riding holiday you will stay in our comfortable & spacious en-suite accommodation with beautiful views over the valley.

* Reduced B&B rate available when accompanying guests on a riding holiday package.

If you don't ride but want either an actioned packed outdoor holiday or a retreat from the city, then we are the perfect location. We are ideally located for mountain biking, walking, fishing, touring Carmarthenshire or just relaxing in beautiful surroundings.

Camping

Featured in Tiny Campsites we have a lovely camping field. Totally back to basics, this site is all about the location...oh and the campfire, it's not camping unless you can sit around the fire, is it?
