Five Saints Riding Holidays

A maxiumum of 8 guests (usually between 4 - 8) are booked on each riding holiday to enable us to tailor the riding to your ability. Although our horse riding holidays are suitable for adults of all levels of riding experience we will always ensure that riders of a similar ability are booked on the same holiday*.

However, there is a minimum level of ability required for children:
Novice ability i.e. able to walk/ trot competently.
Minimum age dependent on ability.

(*If you book as a group with mixed riding abilities - for safety reasons we ride to the pace of the least experienced rider, however some day rides can be split & we will meet up for lunch).

Weeks Riding Holiday

This gives you the opportunity to really explore the area. The itinerary is designed for you to enjoy Carmarthenshire both on & off horseback - the combination of full & half day rides will ensure you work up to a full day in the saddle. You can also visit all that West Wales has to offer...or just relax at the farm.

If you're an experienced rider you also have the option to include the Merlin 2 Day Trail Ride as part of your itinerary at an additional cost.

Mini Break

This riding holiday includes 3 nights B&B and 2 full day rides; which are taken from the week itinerary. Usually a combination of a picnic ride on the 1st day followed by a pub ride. Ideal option for a short break away. Available either weekend or mid week.

Unaccompanied Children's Holidays

Organized during the School Summer Holidays. Come & look after a horse/pony for a weeks (or two) exciting programme of hacking, jumping, Beach BBQ and practical stable management/horse care,and a Show Day Finale with prizes & rosettes.

NEW FOR 2012...By popular demand we are putting one week aside for over 18yrs olds who want to have as much fun as the younger groups but with other adults.

Fantastic area for riding + use of Outdoor Manege.
All inclusive rate for stabled livery, B&B, packed lunches & evening meals at just £80 per night for you and your horse.

Merlin Trail Ride

Trail ride for experienced adult riders, +18 years only. 2 days/3 nights, adventure & fun combined to make the ultimate riding holiday! A really breathtaking ride across stunning scenery with an overnight stop at the village of Rhandirmwyn.

Learn to ride/ Improve your riding

This holiday is available for either 3 or 6 nights for riders over 16 years old. The programme is aimed at total beginners to intermediate riders. The courses cover the basic skills of horse riding and general horsecare & safety. Novice to intermediate riders will be taught at their own level in flatwork and/or jumping. If you want you can also add an extra nights B&B and Full Day ride...it would be a shame not to get out into the surrounding countryside whilst your here!

Farmhouse Weekend Parties

Horse riding activity party, for group bookings of 6-12. This holiday option is perfect for groups of friends who want to escape to the country. Whether you choose to come as a rider or a non rider, the location & ambience will ensure you have a weekend to remember.
