Five Saints Riding Holidays

Only 6-8 guests are booked on each riding holiday to enable us to tailor the riding to your ability. Although our horse riding holidays are suitable for adults of all levels of riding experience we will always ensure that riders of a similar ability are booked on the same holiday*.

However, there is a minimum level of ability required for children:
Novice ability i.e. able to walk/ trot competently.
Minimum age dependent on ability.

(*If you book as a group with mixed riding abilities - for safety reasons we ride to the pace of the least experienced rider, however some day rides can be split & we will meet up for lunch).

Weeks Riding Programme

This gives you the opportunity to really explore the area. The itinerary is designed for you to enjoy Carmarthenshire both on & off horseback - the combination of full & half day rides will ensure you work up to a full day in the saddle. You can also visit all that West Wales has to offer...or just relax in beautiful surroundings.

If you're an experienced rider you also have the option to include the Merlin 2 Day Trail Ride as part of your itinerary at an additional cost. Experienced riders can also extend their week holiday and add any of our trail rides to follow on from the week riding holiday itinerary. This is particularly popular with our international guests as you can really make the most of your visit to Wales.

Mini Break

This riding holiday includes 3 nights B&B and 2 full day rides; which are taken from the week itinerary. Usually a combination of a picnic ride on the 1st day followed by a pub ride. Ideal option for a short break away. Available either weekend or mid week.

Adult Trail Rides - Experienced Adult riders only.

Adventure & fun combined to make the ultimate riding holiday! A really breathtaking ride across stunning scenery with overnight stops at the villages of Cilycwm &/or Rhandirmwyn.
